How to enroll

  1. 01

    Step 1: Get in touch

Write to us with the form on the contact page, or call the school. Elise or Titus answers, usually within a day or two.

  2. 02

    Step 2: Visit the school

Come for a visit day on a Wednesday. Your child joins the group outdoors, you walk the ridge with us, and we talk about what your family is looking for.

  3. 03

    Step 3: Apply

Apply after a visit. The application asks about your family and what a day outdoors means to you. Applications open in January for the fall, and we read them as they arrive.

  4. 04

    Step 4: Hear from us

We write back within two weeks of a visit day, by letter and by phone. If every place is taken, a family can join the waitlist.

  5. 05

    Step 5: The first day

The first day is in late August. Families come to the meadow gate for a short meeting, and then students begin at their own pace.
